Snabbit Uses Quick-Commerce Deliveries for Doorstep Marketing Campaign
Snabbit is using quick-commerce deliveries to promote its home services through a curiosity-led doorstep activation campaign.
Quick-commerce deliveries are being used by home services platform Snabbit to power its on-demand home services through a new doorstep activation, making everyday deliveries an unusual advertising touchpoint.
The campaign will see customers receive a sealed envelope labelled “Confidential Photos” in their quick-commerce orders. Inside the envelope are a series of images of messy, untidy homes, before a message introduces Snabbit’s home services.
The activation is designed to generate curiosity and surprise, encouraging the recipient to rip open the envelope and discover the campaign message. Snabbit wants to become the go to for all the everyday home chores, by connecting its services with the messiest household scenes.

Doorstep Marketing:
The campaign has already gained traction on social media, with several recipients posting unboxing videos and reactions. Many first thought the envelope was sent by mistake or contained personal photos before finding out the brand’s message.
Snabbit said the activation was launched in Delhi-NCR on July 11 and then Pune on July 13. The company, which continues to expand its footprint, said the next leg of the campaign will be in Bengaluru.

Snabbit has shunned traditional outdoor or digital ads and instead opted to provide campaign creatives via quick-commerce deliveries, enabling the brand to reach consumers at their doorstep as they shop for everyday needs.
The company hopes the activation will help drive brand awareness and customer acquisition as it rolls out into more markets in the coming weeks, while showcasing a different approach to experiential and last-mile marketing.
