Balaji Telefilms has announced a strategic partnership with YouTube to launch five original digital-first series totaling 200 episodes. The upcoming slate features the return of popular titles including Haq Se Season 2 and Kehne Ko Humsafar Hai Season 4, alongside a new production titled Phir Pyar Ki Yeh Kahani Suno and two additional projects currently in development.

IP Ownership and Revenue Model

Under the agreement, Joint Managing Director Ekta Kapoor will maintain full creative control and retain intellectual property (IP) rights for all five productions. YouTube will serve as the global distribution platform, monetizing the content through ad revenue and brand partnerships.

High-End Production Standards

Designed specifically for digital audiences, the shows will feature television-scale production values and will be shot and broadcast in 4K resolution to cater to connected TVs and modern mobile devices worldwide.
