Epigamia, the 11-year-old health-focused food and beverage brand, has announced major additions to its leadership team alongside the departure of Chief Operating Officer Ankur Goel. The management overhaul comes as the company gears up for a aggressive expansion phase, aiming to double its scale over the next 24 to 30 months.

Key Executive Transitions

As part of the structural shift, Epigamia has brought on board two industry veterans to steer its core operations:

  • Mansi Modi (Head of Marketing): Bringing over 14 years of industry experience, Modi has previously served in leadership roles at Hindustan Unilever, Oziva, Airtel, and Britannia.
  • Rahul Bhagat (Lead – Manufacturing): Bhagat steps in to manage and streamline the brand's production and supply capabilities.
  • Ankur Goel (Outgoing COO): The chief operating officer is set to step down from his role at the company.

Strategic Roadmap: Multi-Category Expansion & Revenue Goals

The executive moves follow significant business momentum for Epigamia, which is setting its sights on an annualised revenue run rate exceeding ₹1,000 crore in the upcoming fiscal year.

According to Ritesh Gauba, CEO of Epigamia, the upgraded leadership team will focus on accelerating brand innovation and scaling operations. The company plans to venture into newer product formats while reinforcing its position in the premium health and F&B segment.
