Rosetta Hospitality Appoints Nisha Sharma to Lead Rooms and Guest Experience at Sakleshpur
Rosetta Hospitality appoints Nisha Sharma as Executive Assistant Manager at Rosetta Sakleshpur, strengthening leadership in rooms and guest experience operations.
Rosetta Hospitality has appointed Nisha Sharma as Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms and Guest Experience at Rosetta Sakleshpur, strengthening its leadership team as the brand continues to focus on operational depth and guest-centric delivery.
Sharma brings over 17 years of experience across rooms division operations, front office management, and guest engagement, with exposure to both domestic and international hospitality markets. Her career spans roles at organisations such as Marriott International, Extended Stay America, and Aloft Abu Dhabi, where she developed expertise in guest-facing functions and operational systems.
A significant part of her career was spent with Eight Continents Hotels and Resorts, where she held multiple leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Operations, Business Development and Acquisitions, overseeing strategic growth initiatives and portfolio-wide operations. Prior to that, as Director of Operations for India, Maldives and Africa, she was responsible for driving service standards, operational performance, and cross-market collaboration. Her earlier roles also included corporate-level learning and development for rooms division, focusing on strengthening processes and training frameworks across properties.
In her new role at Rosetta Sakleshpur, Sharma will lead rooms division operations and oversee guest-facing functions, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and ensuring consistency across guest touchpoints. The position is central to shaping the end-to-end guest experience, particularly in a property positioned as a nature-led retreat.
Jai Sreedhar, Joint Managing Director and CEO of Rosetta Hospitality, said the appointment aligns with the brand’s focus on strengthening service delivery through experienced leadership. He noted that the rooms division plays a defining role in the overall guest journey and highlighted Sharma’s grounding in operational discipline and team development.
Commenting on her appointment, Sharma said that Rosetta Sakleshpur offers a distinctive hospitality experience combining nature, design, and service. She added that her focus will be on refining operational processes and enhancing the overall guest journey in collaboration with the team.
From an industry standpoint, the appointment reflects a broader trend in hospitality where brands are prioritising operational leadership in guest-facing roles rather than relying solely on brand positioning or property design. As competition increases in the premium and boutique hospitality segment, consistent service delivery and experience management are becoming key differentiators.
For hospitality brands, this signals a shift toward investing in leadership that can translate brand philosophy into on-ground execution. For consumers, it indicates a continued push toward more seamless and personalised experiences, particularly in destination properties like Sakleshpur, where expectations extend beyond accommodation to overall experience.
Rosetta Hospitality’s move underscores its intent to build stronger operational frameworks across its properties, with leadership hires playing a central role in maintaining consistency as the brand scales.
