Fashion giant Myntra is accelerating its delivery game with the launch of its new quick commerce service, M-Now. This innovative service aims to deliver fashion products to customers within a speedy two-hour window.
Currently in a pilot phase, M-Now is being tested in specific areas of Bengaluru. This strategic move positions Myntra as one of the first specialized fashion platforms to venture into the realm of quick commerce. As quick commerce platforms are increasingly expanding their horizons to include beauty and fashion, Myntra's initiative sets a new benchmark for rapid delivery in the fashion industry.
While M-Now is still in its early stages, it builds upon Myntra's existing express delivery service, M-Express. Launched in 2022, M-Express offers delivery within 24 to 48 hours for metro cities.
Beyond its focus on swift delivery, Myntra is also dedicated to engaging the younger generation. The platform has introduced Myntra Minis, a feature that allows influencers to share the latest fashion trends and styling tips through short, vertical videos. This initiative aligns with the preferences of GenZ, who are increasingly consuming content on platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Myntra's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has led to significant growth. The platform has witnessed a 33% surge in Monthly Active Users (MAU), rising from 45 million in 2021 to 60 million by the end of 2023. This growth is a testament to Myntra's ability to adapt to evolving consumer preferences and deliver exceptional shopping experiences.
