KFC India Promotes Sneha Jha to Associate Director – Media and Customer Lifecycle Management
KFC India promotes Sneha Jha to Associate Director – Media and Customer Lifecycle Management after nine years with the brand across media, e-commerce and consumer insights roles.
KFC India has promoted Sneha Jha to the role of Associate Director – Media and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), marking the next step in her nearly decade-long journey with the quick-service restaurant brand.
Jha shared the update on LinkedIn, writing, “I'm excited to share that I've been promoted to Associate Director - Media & CLM at KFC India Yum! Brands!”
The promotion comes after more than nine years with the brand, during which she has held multiple roles across media strategy, customer lifecycle management, e-commerce, delivery operations and consumer insights. Her career progression within the organisation reflects the increasing importance of data-driven marketing and customer engagement strategies within the quick-service restaurant sector.
Before this promotion, Jha served as Head of Media and Customer Lifecycle Management from August 2024 to January 2026. In that role, she led media planning and lifecycle marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening customer retention and improving engagement across digital and delivery platforms.
Prior to that, she held the position of Head of Customer Lifecycle Management while also overseeing e-commerce initiatives for the brand. Her responsibilities included managing digital ordering journeys, performance marketing and loyalty-driven communication strategies designed to increase repeat purchases and long-term customer value.
Over the years, Jha has worked across several marketing functions within KFC India. Her earlier roles include Senior Brand Manager – Customer Lifecycle Management and E-commerce, Senior Brand Manager – Delivery (Menu Innovation and Aggregators), Brand Manager – Innovation and Insights, and Deputy Brand Manager – Consumer Insights.
Her experience spans multiple aspects of the quick-service restaurant ecosystem, including menu innovation, delivery partnerships, digital commerce and consumer analytics — areas that have become central to growth strategies for restaurant chains in India.
Before joining KFC India in 2016, Jha worked at IMRB International as Senior Research Manager. In that role, she managed quantitative research assignments for several large consumer brands including PepsiCo, Frito, GlaxoSmithKline, Philips and Maruti.
Her promotion comes at a time when QSR brands are increasingly focusing on lifecycle marketing, data-driven customer journeys and digital commerce ecosystems to drive repeat consumption. Media strategy, performance marketing and loyalty-led engagement have become key levers for brands looking to strengthen direct relationships with customers in a competitive food delivery and quick-service market.
With her expanded role, Jha is expected to continue leading KFC India’s media and customer lifecycle initiatives while helping the brand refine how it engages with consumers across digital platforms and ordering channels.
