Times OOH Secures Exclusive 7-Year Advertising Contract at Chandigarh International Airport
Times OOH has gained advertising rights inside and outside Chandigarh International Airport, expanding marketing opportunities for an extended period, both within and beyond the airport premises
In a strategic move, Times Innovative Media Limited (Times OOH) has successfully clinched a 7-year advertising contract for Chandigarh International Airport in Mohali, Punjab. This development significantly reinforces TIML's media presence in Northern India.
Chandigarh Airport, officially known as Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, serves as a key gateway to the Tri-city—Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh. Positioned centrally in Mohali, the airport continually draws a substantial influx of tourists and business travelers throughout the year. Emerging resiliently from the pandemic's impact since 2018-19, Chandigarh has experienced a remarkable 34% surge in footfall in the fiscal year 2022-23.
Securing the contract from the Airport Authority of India, Times OOH has been granted exclusive rights to advertise both inside and outside the airport premises. Recognized for strategically positioned, premium-quality media assets, Times OOH plans to introduce a media offering at Chandigarh Airport that enhances the advertising experience for clients. The comprehensive advertising mix at Chandigarh International Airport will include static, digital, and sponsorship opportunities, providing a diverse range of options for advertisers.
Shekhar Narayanaswamy, President of Times OOH, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, "We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Chandigarh International Airport as the exclusive advertising partner, marking a significant milestone for Times OOH. This collaboration underscores our commitment to delivering cutting-edge advertising solutions and enhancing the overall traveler experience through an extended network of airport assets in India. We look forward to creating impactful campaigns that resonate with the diverse audience passing through this pivotal aviation hub."
