The Governor of Kerala inaugurates the Hyatt Regency in Thiruvananthapuram

The Hyatt Regency, a 600 crore five-star hotel project in the nation's capital introduced on Thursday by the LuLu Group and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, was officially opened by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. He hoped that the launch will help the state's climate be more welcoming to investments.

The Hyatt Regency, a 600 crore five-star hotel project in the nation's capital introduced on Thursday by the LuLu Group and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, was officially opened by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. He hoped that the launch will help the state's climate be more welcoming to investments.

On 2.2 acres of land in the centre of Thiruvananthapuram, the 132-room, eight-floor building has a parking garage at the basement. According to a spokeswoman, the "Great Hall," which has a seating capacity for 1,000 people and is stretched out over 10,500 square feet, will be one of the city's largest conference centres.

Presidential suite

The 1,650 square foot presidential suite, complete with modern amenities, is one of the main draws. The suite's layout offers a wide-angle perspective of the city. At one time, the multi-level parking facility can hold 250 two-wheelers and 400 autos. After the Grand Hyatt Kochi and the Hyatt Regency Thrissur, this is the third facility from the promoters in the state.

New hotel in Kozhikode

Yusuff Ali MA, Chairman of the Lulu Group, announced the opening of a Hyatt facility in Kozhikode for 500 crores during the event. The Chief Minister added that the building has significantly filled a social and infrastructure deficit in the city. V Muraleedharan, Union Minister of State for External Affairs, said that the project will mark a turning point in the development of the city. Projects of this kind are essential for progress and development, according to VD Satheesan, leader of the opposition in the Kerala Assembly.

Ministers PA Muhammad Riyaz, Antony Raju, GR Anil, and V Sivankutty, as well as MP Shashi Tharoor and MLAs PK Kunjalikutty and Ramesh Chennithala, were among the distinguished visitors. Ashraf Ali MA, Executive Director, Saifi Rupawala, CEO, Salim VI, COO, Salim MA, Director, and Jay Shadanandan, Regional Director, all spoke on behalf of the Lulu Group. At the event were also Adeeb Ahmed, CEO of Lulu Financial Group, and Nishad MA, CEO of Lulu Group India.
