As the excitement builds for the highly anticipated TATA IPL 2024, Star Sports, the official television broadcaster, introduces a campaign celebrating IPL fandom and diverse expressions.

Star Sports, the official broadcaster of TATA IPL 2024, has launched a campaign titled "Ajab Rang Dikhega" (Unexpected Colors Will Be Seen), described as an "ode to IPL fandom and its various expressions." The campaign is designed to capture the spirit of the 17th season of the tournament, drawing inspiration from real-life fan stories, social media moments, and genuine fan events.

The film, part of the campaign, features four IPL captains and Star Sports 'Believe' ambassadors – Rishabh Pant, Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul, and Shreyas Iyer. Each captain represents diverse groups of fans in various situations, embodying different emotions experienced during key moments of the games when watched together.

The campaign showcases the transformation of fans' personalities in response to the emotional roller-coaster of IPL 2024. Rishabh 'Gabroo' Pant's gang sheds its "macho personality" to display emotional reactions, while Hardik 'Corporate' Pandya and his team break into a dance in a boardroom setting to celebrate. KL 'Padhakoo' Rahul and his study circle express passionate reactions to umpiring decisions, and Shreyas 'Good boy' Iyer rebels against his usual submissiveness around his family.

Teasers and behind-the-scenes clips related to the campaign have gained attention on social media platforms, intensifying the anticipation for its release in multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, and Malayalam to resonate with fans across India.
