The Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar and Captain Cool MS Dhoni, two of Indian cricket's most well-known and successful players, appeared as the faces of the Association of Mutual Funds in India's (AMFI) next phase of its investor education campaign for mutual funds.
For their long-term financial goals, including their children's future and retirement, the new TVCs, launched by AMFI under its "Mutual Funds Sahi Hai" awareness campaign, encourage people to start investing in mutual funds through the monthly SIP method.
Balasubramanian, Chairman of AMFI, stated at the launch of the new advertising campaign. that "India is a land of savers. But few people make investments in capital markets. We want people to understand that mutual funds can help them reach their long-term financial objectives by allowing them to invest at least a portion of their resources. Investors can benefit from India's growth story by participating in the capital markets through mutual funds.”
"If you want to attain long-term financial goals like your child's future or your own retirement, 'Mutual Funds ke maidaan mein utarna padega' to those who are on the fence. The best way for regular investors to get involved in India's growth story and build wealth over time is through SIP in mutual funds," stated NS Venkatesh, Chief Executive, AMFI,
According to AMFI's September month data estimates, approximately 13,000 crores in investments were made through SIP numbers in a single month. With this new campaign, AMFI intends to encourage more people to start making monthly SIP investments in mutual funds.
