Launch of CleverTap for startups by CleverTap
The programme will save costs and increase user engagement and conversion rates for smaller businesses.
Launch of CleverTap for Startups has been announced by CleverTap (C4S). Through this initiative, CleverTap will provide all aspiring digital-native organisations with a full-stack retention platform to assist them in personalising and optimising all customer touchpoints, enhancing user engagement and conversion.
The objective is to further reduce the cost of solutions for pre-launch, early-stage start-ups, or businesses with a small number of monthly active customers.
Early-stage start-ups have the option of choosing a flexible package with no minimum scale restriction and can use the platform with as little as 5,000 active users per month.
The platform was created with consideration for SMBs and startups. Customers will also be able to only pay for the services they actually use and have the opportunity to add-ons to customise the platform.
Anand Jain, co-founder and chief product officer of CleverTap, commented on the project, saying that "any small business requires an ecosystem of stakeholders that are supportive and would assist them embark on their growth paths.
