The bustling streets of Nehru Place were filled with excitement today as Chef Manish Mehrotra, one of India's most celebrated culinary artists, showcased his unique take on a Lay’s dish. He took over the WaysToLays Food Truck, where he crafted his signature Honey Chilli Chutney Lay’s, garnished with sesame and green onions. This innovative dish is part of Lay’s bold attempt to reimagine its classic chips, offering an exciting way for snack lovers to enjoy the familiar crunch of Lay’s chips in a whole new way.

The WaysToLays initiative, launched earlier this year by PepsiCo, brings Lay’s chips beyond the typical snack experience by introducing them into locally-inspired recipes. This move aims to transform Lay’s chips from a simple snack into a culinary creation. The food truck concept is a part of this larger effort, offering creative dishes that feature Lay’s chips in unexpected ways. The menu includes crispy toppings, flavorful bases, and surprising twists, providing food enthusiasts with a new way to enjoy their favorite snack.
