Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel and Convention Center has appointed Ravi Rawat as the new Assistant Pastry Chef. With a rich background spanning over nine years in bakery and pastry arts, Chef Ravi’s expertise comes from working at prestigious venues like Grand Hyatt Kochi, The Westin Hyderabad, and Aloft Hotel Bengaluru.

At Grand Hyatt Kochi, Chef Ravi was responsible for managing bakery operations, introducing unique recipes, and training pastry teams. One standout accomplishment was his creation of the tallest edible Christmas tree at The Westin Hyderabad, earning considerable attention.

Chef Ravi prioritizes the use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create desserts that cater to diverse tastes. His culinary style combines precision with creativity, driven by a passion for exploring new techniques and flavors.

In his new role at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield, Chef Ravi will oversee the hotel's bakery and pastry operations. His goal is to elevate the dining experience by offering an expanded range of desserts, in line with the hotel’s commitment to top-tier hospitality.

Outside the kitchen, Chef Ravi is passionate about food photography and experimenting with new recipes, bringing an extra layer of creativity to his culinary craft.
