Meesho's Farhan Hazarika Joins Edtech Firm Teachmint As Head Of Talent Management

In a statement released today, edtech company Teachmint announced the appointment of Farhan Hazarika as the head of talent management to oversee personnel strategy. Hazarika, who has nearly 14 years of expertise in human resources in startups, ITeS, manufacturing, co-working, and e-commerce businesses, will be essential to the company's goal of creating a highly effective team that will change the global education environment.

In his previous position at Meesho, where he was in charge of creating the firm's hiring strategy and increasing strengths and capabilities across numerous teams. He has led teams at 91 Springboards, CoWrks, Denso Kirloskar NSE 4.50%, and other companies in the past. In his new position, he will emphasise several facets of talent strategy, such as talent acquisition, performance management, diversity and inclusion programmes, and creating cutting-edge people practices to further promote company culture.
