Founded by Ish Patil and Sameer Uttamsingh, Donmai caters to the refined tastes of Indian diners with a focus on creating a sensory experience. Ish Patil describes Donmai as “a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, where every detail, from handcrafted interiors to the curated menu, inspires a mindful appreciation of Japanese culinary artistry.”
