Conceptualised by Ogilvy, this campaign highlights the joy of offline shopping, the magic of Christmas experiences, and the delight of meeting Santa Claus. Moving away from e-commerce convenience, Nexus Select Malls is inviting shoppers to rediscover the happiness of being present in the moment.

The campaign is centered on a 25-second digital film that begins with Ayushmann Khurrana entering a mall alongside a friend and his disappointed son. The actor explains how the “Asli Happyness” of Christmas lies in celebrating with loved ones and enjoying in-mall festivities. The magic unfolds when a white-gloved hand taps the young boy’s shoulder, and he turns around to see Santa Claus standing before him. The child’s face lights up with joy, capturing the spirit of Christmas perfectly.

The campaign positions Nexus Select Malls as the ultimate destination for festive shopping, offering discounts of up to 50% on top brands. It encourages people to swap home deliveries and online shopping for the immersive experience of offline shopping, which includes exciting in-mall events, meeting Santa, and creating memories that cannot be delivered in a parcel.

The film concludes with a fun moment between Ayushmann and Santa, where the actor humorously asks Santa if his beard is real. This tongue-in-cheek interaction adds a layer of authenticity and humor to the campaign, reflecting the fun-filled festive vibes at Nexus Select Malls.
