Rosier Foods: Gaurav Taneja's Authentic Farm-made Ghee Revolutionizing Traditional Indian Cuisine

Gaurav Taneja, known as 'Flying Beast' from his YouTube channel 'Fit Muscle TV,' has expanded his ventures into farming, introducing his ghee brand, Rosier Foods.

Taneja shared in his vlogs how he procured Indian Gir cows from Gujarat and nurtured them on his farms, emphasizing his commitment to employing traditional Bharat farming techniques. The ghee, crafted through the Vedic process in clay pots, prides itself on being organic and farm-made. Its official launch coincided with the first day of Chaitra Navratri, symbolizing the Hindu New Year.

Made from the milk of free-grazing cows, the ghee undergoes a meticulous process: boiling, chilling, inoculation with starter culture, and churning via the traditional bilona method.

While the ghee has found favor among middle-class consumers despite its price of Rs. 1,350 for 500 ml, it has also drawn criticism for its steep cost. Some users question its affordability, prompting calls for a price reduction.

Other Indian YouTubers have also ventured into brand launches. For instance, Kabita Singh introduced 'Kabita's Kitchen Masala Mix,' Bhuvan Bam unveiled his direct-to-consumer brand 'Youthiapa,' and Mumbaikar Nikhil debuted his clothing line, 'Label MN.' Tech Burner has also stepped into the realm with Layers and Overlays Clothing.
