IGP Launches "Amazing Gifts, Samay Par" for Raksha Bandhan
IGP's new campaign "Amazing Gifts, Samay Par" emphasizes the joy of timely gifting for Raksha Bandhan, with a humorous take on sibling relationships
IGP, a leading gifts platform, has unveiled its latest campaign, "Amazing Gifts, Samay Par," in celebration of the festival of Raksha Bandhan. The campaign highlights the importance of timely gifting, underscoring how thoughtful presents can bridge distances and connect hearts.
The campaign draws inspiration from the iconic and nostalgic phrase "Main Samay Hu," featuring the original voiceover of Harish Bhimani from the classic Indian mythology series "Mahabharata." The ad humorously urges viewers to send Rakhis to their siblings, whether it's the younger brother, elder brother, or even the brother still in the honeymoon phase. This playful narrative captures the unique quirks of sibling relationships and encourages customers to revel in the joy of Rakhi gifting.
The first advertisement, set in the Ice Age, humorously reimagines Raksha Bandhan and showcases the various types of sibling bonds, highlighting that each relationship deserves unique love and appreciation through timely gifts. The campaign's hashtag, #AmazingGiftsSamayPar, reinforces this message.
Tarun Joshi, Founder and CEO of IGP, expressed the campaign's mission: “With 'Amazing Gifts, Samay Par,' we’re transforming how people think about timely gifting. We believe gifts are most impactful when they arrive at the perfect moment, so we’ve crafted this campaign to highlight this principle. The value of a gift diminishes whether it’s late or early, and we’ve nailed this with our 'Amazing Gifts, Samay Par' approach. We’re excited to launch with our Raksha Bandhan film and showcase how timely gifts truly make a difference!”
The campaign, brought to life by the creative agency Talented and executed by First December Films, features eight films. Starting with Raksha Bandhan, the series will continue to celebrate various occasions and festivals such as Diwali, Christmas, anniversaries, birthdays, and Valentine’s Day throughout the year.
Joshi added, “We look forward to unveiling more films in the series, celebrating various occasions and festivals like Diwali, anniversaries, and birthdays.”
