Federal Bank has introduced its Corporate Anthem to commemorate World Music Day, seamlessly merging technology with the human spirit. The anthem features performances by employees from various branches and offices across the nation.

The Corporate Anthem, an adaptation of the Musical Logo (MOGO) created by BrandMusiq, embodies the Bank’s core values and ethos. The song, titled “Sacha Hai Dil ka ye Rishta…,” celebrates the enduring relationships the Bank maintains with its customers, employees, and stakeholders. It is adapted into seven different languages while preserving its essence.

M V S Murthy, Chief Marketing Officer at Federal Bank, highlighted the pride the Bank takes in the collective talent of its employees. He noted that the anthem not only showcases this talent but also reflects a corporate culture that nurtures personal growth within the organizational structure.

Federal Bank’s MOGO, designed by Brand Musiq in 2020, captures the brand’s essence, evoking its core values, emotions, and personality through music. Over the past four years, the Bank has released 14 variations of the MOGO, celebrating festive and cultural nuances with a unique Federal touch.

In 2022, for World Music Day, Federal Bank launched a music campaign celebrating the familiar sounds of banking environments, such as ATM tones, cash dispensing sounds, and mobile banking notifications. These sounds were integrated into the Bank’s sonic identity, emphasizing its motto: ‘Digital at the Fore. Human at the Core.’

This year’s anthem emphasizes unity in diversity, with employees from various backgrounds and positions collaborating to create the musical piece. It merges the Bank’s digital sonic identity with the warmth of human voices, reflecting the motto. The anthem’s lyrics, written in seven Indian languages, celebrate team spirit, authenticity, and progress, mirroring the Bank’s dynamic and progressive outlook.
