Coca-Cola India Appoints Aditya Kankaria to Lead Integrated Operations at HCCB
Aditya Kankaria has joined Coca-Cola India and Southwest Asia as Senior Director- Integrated Operations at HCCB, bringing over 16 years of experience across telecom and FMCG sectors.

Coca-Cola India and Southwest Asia has announced the appointment of Aditya Kankaria as Senior Director-Integrated Operations at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) as it continues to strengthen its leadership team with a focus on operational excellence and business transformation.
In his new role, Kankaria will be responsible for integrated operations across the business with a mandate to drive operational efficiencies, accelerate transformation initiatives and enable sustainable, profitable growth. He will also work closely with our bottling partners and cross functional teams to enhance commercial execution and build organisational capabilities.
Kankaria has over 16 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

Growth Leadership:
Prior to HCCB, he was Chief Executive Officer of Airtel’s Mumbai Circle, where he was responsible for driving market leadership, customer growth and profitability in one of the company’s largest markets.
Before joining Airtel, Kankaria had worked for many years with Unilever in South Asia and Bangladesh. In his previous role he was responsible for the company’s Nutrition, Foods and Refreshments business, and developed broad experience in business strategy, commercial operations and organisational transformation.
Kankaria is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and National Institute of Technology (NIT), Tiruchirappalli with a strong track record of leading large scale businesses, driving growth and executing transformation programmes across diverse markets.

He joins at a time when Coca-Cola India and its bottling operations are further strengthening execution capabilities and investing for long-term growth across the country.
Kankaria has experience in business leadership, commercial excellence and operational transformation and is expected to play a key role in improving HCCB’s operational effectiveness and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
