Truecaller Partners With Route Mobile to Expand Global Business Messaging Platform
Truecaller has partnered with Route Mobile to expand its Business Messaging platform globally, enabling enterprises to deliver verified, secure and interactive customer communications to over 500 million monthly active users.
Truecaller has partnered with cloud communications company Route Mobile to boost global reach of its Business Messaging platform as businesses are increasingly seeking secure and verified digital channels to connect with customers.
Route Mobile, a Proximus Global company, offers cloud communications and digital engagement solutions to businesses all over the world.
Under the partnership, Route Mobile will provide Truecaller’s Business Messaging platform to its enterprise clients, allowing brands to connect with consumers via verified, interactive and scalable messaging services.

Platform Features:
The partnership aims to help businesses enhance customer engagement by harnessing trusted communications while reducing risks related to fraudulent or unverified messages.
According to the companies, the partnership will enable enterprises to reach more than 500 million monthly active Truecaller users globally using contextual and rich media messages.
The platform supports multimedia content including images, videos and documents, allowing businesses to create more interactive customer experiences beyond conventional text messaging.
Truecaller's Business Messaging solution also supports both one-way and two-way conversations. Additional features include verified business identities, clickable links, smart priority notifications and read receipts, which are designed to improve customer response rates and engagement.

Commenting on the partnership, Priyam Bose, Global Head of Go-to-Market at Truecaller, said the collaboration will help accelerate the international adoption of the company's business messaging platform through Route Mobile's established global enterprise network.
"Partnering with Route Mobile allows us to significantly expand the global availability of Truecaller Business Messaging and help more enterprises deliver trusted, engaging and secure customer communications," Bose said.
Tushar Agnihotri, Chief Executive Officer of Route Mobile, said the partnership combines Route Mobile's communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) capabilities with Truecaller's trusted identity ecosystem.
