Truecaller Ads Launches AI-Powered ‘Call-to-Cart’ to Turn Calls Into Shopping Opportunities
Truecaller Ads has launched Call-to-Cart, an AI-powered commerce solution that enables brands to turn incoming calls and post-call moments into instant shopping opportunities across more than 150 countries.
Truecaller Ads introduces a new commerce solution called Call-to-Cart, powered by AI, that aims to turn the everyday moments of communication into instant moments of shopping, as the company looks to close the gap between advertising and conversion to purchase.
The feature is designed to solve one of the biggest problems in mobile commerce: people dropping out of the purchase journey. Call-to-Cart is designed to help brands make it easier for consumers to purchase their products and increase conversions by reducing the steps between product discovery and checkout.

Turning Calls Into Commerce Touchpoints:
The solution builds on Truecaller’s communication platform with over 500 million users globally and enables brands to engage with consumers at high attention moments, for instance when they receive an incoming call or just after a call ends.
Unlike traditional digital shopping environments, Truecaller is looking at these communication touchpoints as new opportunities for product discovery and purchase.
The feature cuts the shopping journey down to two steps, enabling brands to eliminate friction often encountered due to app switching, product searches and lengthy check-out processes, the company said.

AI-Driven Personalisation:
At the core of the platform is AdVantage, Truecaller’s proprietary intelligence engine. It uses first-party signals, recommendation algorithms and personalisation capabilities to deliver real-time product suggestions.
This system uses AI-powered targeting to match consumers with relevant offers based on behavioural patterns and contextual signals, helping brands engage users with personalised recommendations at the right time.
Truecaller says the feature enables full-funnel engagement - from awareness and consideration to purchase - in one interaction flow.
