Snabbit Appoints Pradeep Yadav as Head of Operations

Indian fast home services platform Snabbit has appointed Pradeep Yadav as Head of Operations, strengthening its leadership team as it gears up for its next phase of growth.

Yadav has 15 years experience in supply chain, operations and consumer internet businesses. Prior to Snabbit, he co-founded quick fashion commerce platform Klydo and has had leadership roles at Udaan and Flipkart. He is an alumnus of IIT, Delhi and IIM, Ahmedabad.

At Snabbit, Yadav will oversee operations, focusing on improving execution, building scalable operating systems and ensuring reliable fulfilment as the company grows.

Vikas Choudhary Moves to New Mandate:

Yadav is taking over from Vikas Choudhary, who has been responsible for Snabbit’s operations during a period of rapid growth the last 18 months.

The company, under the leadership of Choudhary, built and scaled its operating engine as it expanded across markets and served a growing base of customers and Experts.

Choudhary will now take on a new mandate within Snabbit, leading the company’s new businesses and accelerating innovation across emerging opportunities.

Snabbit founder and chief executive Aayush Agarwal said Choudhary had laid the operating foundation of the company and he looked forward to working with him on new businesses and opportunities.

Yadav’s appointment comes at a time when the operational complexity of the company will increase as it moves from more than one lakh jobs a day to its ambition of serving one million households every day, Agarwal said.

Snabbit Crosses 1 Crore Lifetime Jobs:

The leadership change comes as Snabbit continues to scale its quick-service home services model.

The company has crossed 1 crore lifetime jobs and recently crossed 1.15 lakh jobs in a day. Currently, it is present in five cities and 150+ micromarkets.

Its operating network includes Mumbai Metropolitan Region which includes Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane; Delhi NCR which includes Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad; along with Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

The company said the scale is a reflection of the growing adoption of its quick-service model and the expansion of its operating network.
