Royal Green Realty Appoints Deepak Khemchandani as CFO

Gurugram-based real estate developer Royal Green Realty has roped in Deepak Khemchandani as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as the company looks to strengthen its financial strategy and back its next phase of growth.

Khemchandani has more than 24 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial strategy, business planning, treasury, taxation and investor relations.

He has worked with several real estate companies in senior leadership roles, such as Jindal Realty, Orris Infrastructure, Shipra Group, AlphaCorp Group and Splendour Landbase, before joining Royal Green Realty, driving initiatives in financial transformation, capital structuring, strategic planning, regulatory compliance and business growth.

Leadership Appointment:

Most recently, he was the Chief Financial Officer for JRL Group entities at Jindal Realty Ltd, elevated to the position within nine months of joining the organisation.

Expansion Plans:

Royal Green Realty Managing Director Yashank Wason said Khemchandani's experience would help the company fortify its financial and governance framework. Khemchandani is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a graduate in Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi, A.R.S.D. College.
