Instamart Appoints Former Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha as CEO
Instamart has appointed former Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha as its new CEO, succeeding Amitesh Jha to lead the quick-commerce platform's next growth phase.
Quick-commerce platform Instamart has appointed former Myntra Chief Executive Officer Nandita Sinha as its new CEO, with effect from 3 August. She will be succeeding Amitesh Jha.
Sriharsha Majety, Managing Director and Group CEO of Swiggy said, “Sinha’s experience in building consumer internet businesses, her customer-first approach and her focus on execution will help Instamart drive the next phase of growth.

He also thanked the outgoing CEO, Amitesh Jha, for his contribution to the business.

In her first media interaction, Sinha said she was excited to join Instamart at a time when the quick-commerce business was witnessing strong momentum.

Instamart sits at the heart of how India shops for its everyday needs, and I look forward to working with our colleagues, partners and consumers to shape its next chapter of growth," she said.

Sinha joins after leading Myntra, where she helped the company strengthen its position as India’s largest fashion e-commerce platform, achieving EBITDA profitability in 2024 and continuing to win market share.
Sinha is a consumer internet executive with over 20 years of experience, having held leadership roles at Flipkart, Britannia and Hindustan Unilever, building and scaling businesses across e-commerce, fashion and FMCG.
