Yash Raj Films Appoints Arjun Banerjee as Head of YRF Talent
Yash Raj Films appoints Arjun Banerjee as Head of YRF Talent to lead its artist management business and strengthen its talent representation strategy.
Yash Raj Films (YRF) is expanding its leadership team to grow its artist representation business with the appointment of Arjun Banerjee as the Head of YRF Talent, the studio’s talent management division.
In his new role, Banerjee will report to Akshaye Widhani, CEO, Yash Raj Films and will be in charge of the company's talent management operations.
Banerjee joins YRF after more than three years at Collective Artists Network. Prior to that he spent close to a decade with Exceed Entertainment where he held leadership positions such as Head- Talent & New Ventures and Head – Live Business. His responsibilities included managing relationships with artists and developing the company’s talent management and live entertainment business.

Leadership Expansion:
Commenting on the appointment, Akshaye Widhani, Chief Executive Officer, Yash Raj Films, said the company is looking to strengthen its talent management business as the entertainment industry continues to evolve.

YRF Talent’s current talent roster includes Rani Mukerji, Ayushmann Khurrana, Ahaan Panday, Aneet Padda, Sharvari, Sonam Kapoor, Vaani Kapoor and Shreya Chaudhary.
The appointment comes amid continued expansion for talent management firms beyond traditional artist representation into brand partnerships, content opportunities and long-term career development as demand for integrated talent services in the entertainment industry increases.
