ToBe Online has appointed YVS Satyanarayana Murthy as Chief Strategy Officer to drive growth, partnerships and digital trust initiatives.

ToBe Online, a digital trust infrastructure company, has announced industry veteran YVS Satyanarayana Murthy as its Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to strengthen its leadership team as it scales its footprint across the digital advertising, influencer marketing and creator economy ecosystem.
In his new role, Murthy will be responsible for the company’s strategic direction with a focus on expanding markets, strategic alliances, ecosystem development and long-term business growth. He will also work closely with the leadership team to align ToBe Online’s product, technology and commercial priorities as the company scales its digital trust and communication governance solutions.

Industry Veteran:
Murthy has over 30 years of experience in media, advertising, content, influencer marketing, and digital businesses.
Prior to ToBe Online, he headed India operations for GOAT, the influencer marketing business of WPP Media and WPP Motion Entertainment, the content arm of the group. In his time there, he was instrumental in driving business growth, expanding market presence and building client relationships.
He has also held leadership roles at Radio Indigo and Radio City where he helped develop businesses during times of great industry transformation.
Murthy, an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, is known for his ability to blend strategic planning with operational execution to drive long-term business growth.
