Priyanka Arora Joins The Plan Beyond as Chief Marketing Officer
The Plan Beyond has appointed Priyanka Arora as Chief Marketing Officer and Founding Member, tasking her with leading brand strategy, growth initiatives and category-building efforts for the company’s Family Continuity platform.
The Plan Beyond has onboarded Priyanka Arora as its Chief Marketing Officer and Founding Member strengthening its leadership team as it aims to build and scale India’s emerging Family Continuity category.
Arora boasts over 17 years of marketing leadership, business transformation, growth strategy, consumer engagement, brand building and category creation. In her new capacity, she will head the company’s brand strategy, growth initiatives, market expansion efforts and strategic partnerships, while also helping shape awareness and adoption of the Family Continuity category.
Before The Plan Beyond, Arora was Vice President at Axis Max Life Insurance where she headed a number of large marketing transformation programmes. Her work included creating AI-powered marketing ecosystems, leading digital-led growth initiatives, driving brand repositioning efforts, and supporting strategic business expansion. Her contributions helped strengthen customer engagement, accelerate revenue growth and expand market presence across multiple channels, the company said.

Arora has held leadership roles with Bharti Life Ventures, Future Generali India Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Airtel, McKinsey & Company and Max New York Life Insurance during her career. She has a background in customer analytics, consumer intelligence, digital marketing, fintech ecosystem development, product management, strategic planning and business growth.
Arora is an expert in category creation and consumer-centric growth strategies, and has made a name for herself by developing innovative frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomes. She’s also been named one of the top voices in the marketing industry, featured on the BW 40 Under 40 and IMPACT 40 Under 40 lists, and is a multiple ACEF Awards recipient.
