Mars Snacking continues to expand its digital transformation and data-driven growth initiatives and has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Suchindra Khaidem as Director, Digital Technologies- India and Data & Analytics – AMEA Region.

In his new role, Khaidem will lead digital technology initiatives for Mars Snacking in India and will be responsible for data and analytics across the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region.

“I look forward to bringing teams together and leveraging technology, data and analytics to drive stronger business outcomes across markets,” Khaidem said in announcing the appointment. The move comes as Mars and Kellanova are working closer together, bringing together the strengths and capabilities of two globally recognised consumer brands.

Digital Leadership:

Before assuming the expanded role, Khaidem was Director- IT South Asia and Head Data & Analytics, AMEA Region at Kellanova. In his tenure he was instrumental in leading technology transformation initiatives and driving data-led decisions across the organisation.

Khaidem brings extensive experience in digital transformation, technology leadership and analytics and is expected to enhance Mars Snacking’s digital capabilities in India and support the company’s broader ambitions in the AMEA region.
