Prior to that, he was the Associate Director - Strategy at Interpublic Group (IPG), a global marketing services powerhouse.

His earlier roles include working as the Manager - Marketing Strategy and Media Planning at Madison World, one of India’s largest media agencies. Ninad also honed his skills as a Senior Research Analyst at Nielsen, focusing on the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors. His journey in the professional world began as a System Engineering Intern at Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, laying a solid foundation for his illustrious career.
