InvoiceCloud Appoints Manish Sharma, Keerthi Kalyan to Product Leadership Roles
InvoiceCloud has appointed Manish Sharma as Vice President of Product Management and Keerthi Kalyan as Director of Product Management to strengthen its India-based product leadership and AI innovation efforts.

InvoiceCloud announced the appointment of Manish Sharma as Vice President of Product Management and Keerthi Kalyan as Director of Product Management, strengthening its product leadership capabilities in India as the company focuses on AI-driven innovation and global growth.
The appointments are part of building out the company’s product management function at its Hyderabad-based Global Capability Center (GCC) and expanding India’s role in shaping InvoiceCloud’s global product strategy.

Focus on Product Innovation:
In their new roles, Sharma and Kalyan will work alongside Steve Schult, Chief Product Officer at InvoiceCloud’s Boston headquarters, and Biju Davis, Senior Vice President and India Site Head.
The company said the appointments are in line with its efforts to accelerate product innovation, deepen customer-centric development and expand AI-led initiatives across its digital billing and payment solutions platform.
Manish Sharma Joins as Vice President:
As vice president of product management, Sharma will lead product strategy, improve roadmap alignment and drive product management capabilities across the organisation.
He will work with teams in India and the U.S. to ensure alignment on product vision, customer needs and execution priorities as the company scales its product operations globally.
Sharma has nearly 18 years of experience in product leadership and strategy consulting.
Most recently, he spent seven years at Microsoft in Seattle working across Windows and Azure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings including AI initiatives and email PaaS strategy. He has a B.Tech from IIT BHU, Varanasi and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Keerthi Kalyan Named Director of Product Management:
As Director of Product Management, Kalyan will focus on improving product execution, strengthening customer-centric development processes, and supporting broader roadmap priorities.
He will collaborate with engineering, strategy and business teams in global markets to create scalable product capabilities and translate business objectives into product outcomes.
Kalyan has over 15 years of experience in product management, SaaS platforms, integrations and business strategy. Besides his corporate experience, he has also operated a quick-service restaurant business. He is a B.E from Osmania University and an MBA from IIT Bombay.
