Hamilton Sciences Appoints Pramathesh Palchoudhary as Chief Revenue Officer
Hamilton Sciences has appointed Pramathesh Palchoudhary as Chief Revenue Officer to lead growth, revenue strategy, market expansion and international business development across its brand portfolio.
Hamilton Sciences Pvt. Ltd. (HSPL), a manufacturer of personal care and home care products, has appointed Pramathesh Palchoudhary as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) as the company seeks to reinforce its growth strategy and expand its market presence across India and overseas markets.
In his new role, Palchoudhary will head the company's overall revenue strategy with responsibility for business expansion, market penetration and revenue growth across HSPL's portfolio including brands such as Denver, Envy, Vanesa, Pour Home and Al-Sifar.

Driving Revenue Growth:
The newly created mandate consolidates all revenue generating functions into a single leadership structure with a focus on improving commercial alignment, channel growth and business performance.
Palchoudhary will drive efforts to build scalable growth systems, deepen direct-to-consumer engagements and drive overall business efficiencies through data-led decision-making.
This also will mean reducing dependence on traditional trade channels in the long term and building greater consumer engagement at multiple touchpoints.

Focus on International Expansion:
Palchoudhary will also support Hamilton Sciences’ strategy for international expansion, in addition to domestic growth.
The company has identified the US, Gulf region and South Asian markets as the key areas of focus for future growth.
The appointment comes as Indian personal care and home care companies increasingly seek overseas opportunities while competing in a fast-changing domestic market.
