Tata Group company Trent has appointed Deepshikha Agarwal as Head of the Beauty Business for Westside, strengthening its leadership team as it expands its beauty portfolio.
Agarwal made the announcement of her appointment on LinkedIn and said that she was glad to be heading the beauty business of Westside.
In her new role she will be in charge of Beauty and Buying across categories such as make-up, fragrances, personal care, beauty accessories and impulse-buy products for Westside brands.

She will oversee the growth of Westside’s beauty business, with an emphasis on product innovation, brand development and expanding access to quality beauty products for consumers.

Before Trent, Agarwal was Deputy General Manager at Nykaa where she was working in the beauty retail business.
Her appointment comes as retailers continue to enhance their beauty and personal care offerings as consumers increasingly seek out premium and accessible beauty products.
