Audio entertainment platform Pocket FM has kicked off a new out-of-home (OOH) campaign across Mumbai with self-deprecating humour to reinforce its identity as a storytelling platform.

The campaign is live at key locations like Bandra Thackeray Flyover, Andheri Jogeshwari Flyover and Haji Ali, targeting commuters on some of the busiest routes in the city.

The minimalist creative has the line, “Great at telling stories” with a tick mark, “Great at designing billboards” with a playful cross, acknowledging the simplicity of the billboard but the storytelling is the brand’s real strength.

Storytelling First:

Instead of going for a high-end visual, Pocket FM has gone for a clean, witty execution that brings the focus back on its core proposition immersive audio storytelling.

The campaign is also urging commuters to make use of their travel time to explore stories in genres like thriller, romance, drama and fantasy on the platform.

With this latest OOH initiative, Pocket FM aims to strengthen brand recall by using humour to showcase what it believes it does best – telling engaging stories that keep listeners hooked on the go.
