Mygate and ACKO Partner for Smarter, Exclusive Insurance Solutions
Mygate has partnered with ACKO to integrate insurance services into its platform, aiming to make insurance hassle-free and easily accessible for users.
Recently, Mygate, a living experience tech company, received its aggregator license from the Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI), allowing it to offer insurance policies to its users. This partnership with ACKO, a tech-first insurer, aims to deliver digital protection solutions tailored to the needs of households using the Mygate app.
Through this collaboration, Mygate users can access car insurance at exclusive prices, receive timely renewal reminders, and benefit from instant paperless claims. Additionally, Mygate has introduced an 'auto insurance reminder' feature to enhance the user experience.
Looking ahead, Mygate and ACKO plan to expand their offerings beyond motor insurance to include health and life insurance, with solutions such as Outpatient Department (OPD) covers and RWA liability insurance, providing comprehensive insurance options for the Mygate community.
Abhishek Kumar, co-founder and CEO of Mygate, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, "Our commitment to improving the living experience through technology is strengthened by offering tailor-made insurance for gated community residents. We are excited about the positive reception of car insurance on the Mygate app and look forward to future innovations with ACKO."
Animesh Das, CEO of ACKO General Insurance, added, "At ACKO, we aim to create customer-centric solutions. This partnership with Mygate allows us to redefine protection beyond auto insurance and integrate our tailored solutions into the everyday lives of millions of households."
