In a bold move to champion lunchtime dining, KFC unveiled its newest campaign introducing the KFC Lunch Police, spearheaded by the iconic Colonel Sanders. The campaign's focal point is the launch of the all-new KFC Lunch Specials, aiming to combat the idea of skipping lunch.

The KFC Lunch Police, a dedicated squad under Colonel Sanders, have a clear mandate: apprehend those who disregard lunchtime. The campaign, revealed today, depicts the Lunch Police storming an office environment bustling with activity that isn't lunch-related. The team swiftly intervenes, confiscating phones, shutting laptops, closing files, and even cutting power supplies to emphasize the importance of indulging in lunchtime meals.

The unconventional intervention sparks confusion among office employees until Colonel Sanders announces the arrest of all lunch offenders, solidifying the campaign's message that doing anything other than having lunch during lunchtime is deemed a punishable offense.

The film concludes with a resounding call to action from Colonel Sanders, urging everyone to join the lunch revolution and savor the offerings of KFC Lunch Specials.

Aparna Bhawal, CMO of KFC India & Partner Countries, highlighted the campaign's motivation, addressing the common compromises made during lunchtime due to various reasons. The KFC Lunch Specials, priced at just INR 149, promise a combination of value and variety to ensure a fulfilling meal, catering to both loyal KFC patrons and new customers.

Ritu Sharda, CCO of Ogilvy-North, emphasized the cultural shift around lunchtime choices, explaining the whimsical creation of the KFC Lunch Police. The team, led by Colonel Sanders, aims to spotlight the significance of embracing lunchtime as an essential meal, especially with the offerings presented in KFC Lunch Specials.

The campaign plans to release subsequent films illustrating different scenarios where individuals are compelled to skip lunch, such as rigid lunch routines or financial constraints. It will be broadcasted on television and digital platforms as part of an extensive 360-degree marketing strategy.
