Godrej Properties Crosses Rs 2,000 Crore in Sales at Bengaluru Project Launch

Godrej Properties has reported over Rs 2,000 crore in sales at the launch of Godrej Vanantara in Bengaluru, selling more than 1,000 homes within the project's launch week.

Godrej Properties has sold over Rs 2,000 crore worth of units at the launch of its residential project Godrej Vanantara in Bengaluru, indicating strong demand for premium housing in the southern corridor of the city.

The company said it has already booked more than 1,000 homes in the project in the launch week itself, with total bookings covering over 1.8 million square feet of area.

Godrej Vanantara is a new project situated off Bannerghatta Road in South Bengaluru, one of the prominent residential markets in the city, and was launched in the first week of June 2026.

The company said the project garnered bookings of over Rs 2,000 crore within days of its launch, and was one of the most successful residential launches of Godrej Properties in the southern region.

Large-Scale Development:

Spread over 36 acres, Godrej Vanantara is amongst the Company’s biggest residential developments in South India.

The developable potential of the project is around 3.53 million square feet with an estimated revenue potential of around Rs 3,700 crore, the company said.

The development will offer a mix of residential units that will cater to the rising demand from homebuyers looking for bigger communities and enhanced lifestyle amenities.

Commenting on the launch, Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Properties, said the response reflects changing consumer preferences in South Bengaluru.

The launch underscores the continued demand for housing in Bengaluru, especially in established micro-markets that have good infrastructure connectivity and social amenities.

Bannerghatta Road has become a sought-after residential address due to its proximity to major employment hubs, educational institutions and healthcare facilities.
