Ltd., the parent company of Bombay Shaving Company, Bombae and 100Days, today announced key leadership appointmentsthat strengthen its organisational structure across brand building and digital commerce, as the company enters its next phase of growth. Varun Gupta, previously Chief Growth Officer, has been appointed to Chief Marketing Officer, Bombay Shaving Company, while Jasmeet Singh joins as Senior Vice President- Ecommerce, Visage Lines Personal Care Pvt. Ltd The appointments bring sharper leadership focus to two critical areas of the business, building differentiated consumer brands and scaling digital commerce across the portfolio.

In his new role as Chief Marketing Officer, Bombay Shaving Company, Varun Gupta will lead brand building across categories and drive the evolution of Bombay Shaving Company and Bombae, with a strong focus on strengthening their D2C businesses. Varun has been with the company as Chief Growth Officer and Category Head, where he led the Trimmers product innovations and marketing. Business grew 25X and BSC is India’s #2 brand in Men’s Trimmers. He also grew the Online business 10X while turning it profitable. He has prior experience with Pepsico and HUL and has built businesses like Too Yumm! and The Gift Studio from scratch for the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group

With brand and consumer strategy at the core of Varun’s mandate, Jasmeet Singh will build the next phase of Visage Lines’ digital commerce ecosystem as the Senior Vice President, Ecommerce. Bringing over 14 years of experience across ecommerce, D2C, commercial development and channel sales, Jasmeet has held leadership roles across L'Oréal, Reckitt, Glanbia Performance Nutrition and Kenvue, working across consumer and personal care businesses. In his new role, he will lead ecommerce for the Visage portfolio across marketplaces, quick commerce and beauty commerce platforms, with a focus on strengthening channel strategies, unlocking new opportunities and building scale across the company's brands.
