Apis India Q4 Net Profit Rises 27% To ₹10.35 Crore; FY26 Revenue Climbs 11%

Apis India reported a 27.31% rise in Q4 FY26 net profit to ₹10.35 crore, while annual revenue increased 11.46% to ₹390.51 crore.

Apis India reported a strong rise in profitability for the fourth quarter ended March 2026 with net profit up 27.31% year-on-year, supported by steady sales growth during the period.

The company posted a net profit of ₹10.35 crore for the quarter ended March 2026 compared to ₹8.13 crore in the corresponding quarter of March 2025.

According to reports, quarterly sales rose 8.57% to ₹97.89 crore against ₹90.16 crore in the same quarter of the last fiscal year.

Steady Revenue Growth:

Apis India continued to register healthy revenue growth for the full financial year ended March 2026. The company reported sales of ₹390.51 crore, up 11.46% from ₹350.35 crore recorded in the year ended March 2025.

But yearly profitability didn’t change much. FY26 net profit stood at ₹25.32 crore versus ₹25.34 crore in FY25, a marginal decrease of 0.08% year-on-year.

The company's quarterly results show accelerated earnings growth in the final quarter of the fiscal year and annual revenue growth remained in double digits. but net profit was broadly flat on the previous financial year, despite sales increasing over the full year.

The quarterly results reflect a stronger finish to FY26 for Apis India, with both revenue and profitability registering growth during the March quarter. The increase in net profit outpaced sales growth in the quarter, indicating improved earnings performance compared with the same period last year.

For the full year, the company maintained double-digit sales growth, with revenue crossing ₹390 crore. While annual net profit remained largely unchanged from the previous fiscal year, the steady rise in sales highlights continued business momentum during FY26.
