In the spot titled 'Apka Apna Saathi Policybazaar,' an executive is portrayed running around to complete claim formalities while on a video call with his daughter, who eagerly awaits him on her birthday. Despite the urgency, he reassures the policyholder’s wife about the approval of their health claim.
The second ad, 'Apke Sapne, Apki Suraksha Aur Policybazaar Ka Vaada,' unfolds with a revealing exchange between a patient and a nurse. The nurse credits the timely completion of formalities to the patient's son, only to disclose later that it was a Policybazaar executive who facilitated the process.
