L'Occitane Brings Luxury Wellness to Cascades Neopolis
The Cascades Neopolis has partnered with L'Occitane en Provence to introduce a luxury spa and wellness experience at its ₹3,169-crore residential project in Hyderabad.
French beauty and wellness brand, L’Occitane en Provence, has collaborated with GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP’s luxury residential project, The Cascades Neopolis, to offer a premium spa and wellness experience for its residents.
The collaboration will see the creation of Spa L’Occitane en Provence within the residential development, bringing the brand’s Provençal-inspired wellness philosophy to the project. Sanghvi Brands Limited will run the spa in India providing services in line with the global standards of L’Occitane.
The partnership highlights a collective focus on blending wellness into everyday residential living, building spaces that are focused on comfort, relaxation and holistic well-being.

Luxury Wellness:
Located in Hyderabad's Neopolis, the 63-storey, 217-metre-tall luxury development is scheduled for completion by March 2030. The project is being developed in collaboration with several international partners, including UHA London as concept architect, Coopers Hill Singapore as landscape architect, Studio HBA Singapore for amenity interiors, Buro Happold (UK) for structural engineering, and Quintessentially for concierge services.
According to the companies, the spa has been designed around the heritage of Haute-Provence, featuring natural textures, warm interiors and curated wellness experiences intended to create a calming environment for residents.
The wellness offering will include signature treatments developed by Spa L'Occitane en Provence's in-house experts and built around four key pillars- Longevity, Regeneration, Balance and Vitality-forming part of the brand's global Better-Being philosophy.
