The limited edition is inspired by Dubai’s viral Kunafa chocolate, a dessert that has taken the world by storm for its combination of crispy kadayfi pastry and rich pistachio crème. The trend has been a hot topic on social media platforms and dessert menus around the world.
The new launch re-imagines the flavour profile of Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk for the Indian market with the signature smoothness of Silk chocolate combined with a filling of crunchy kadayfi pastry and pistachio crème.

On the launch, Nitin Saini, Vice President- Marketing, Mondelez India said, “The brand saw an opportunity to bring one of the world’s most talked about dessert experiences to Indian consumers.

He added that the company has recreated the key elements that made the dessert a global sensation, including the crunch of kadayfi and the richness of pistachio crème, while retaining the distinctive taste and texture associated with Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk.
