Swiggy Launches 'Late Night Eats' to Cater to India's Growing Overnight Workforce
Swiggy has launched Late Night Eats, a food delivery programme available from 10 PM to 5 AM across 30 cities, targeting professionals working late-night shifts with curated meals and faster deliveries.
Swiggy has introduced Late Night Eats, a curated food delivery programme aimed at professionals working late hours, as the platform looks to tap into the increasing demand for late night office meals.
The programme is available from 10 PM to 5 AM and includes over 4,000 office locations and 30,000 restaurants across 30 cities. Customers can select from curated meals, discounts and faster deliveries from restaurant chains such as Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, McDonald’s, KFC and Subway.
As part of the initiative, Swiggy has also launched the 2 AM Club, a list of restaurants curated to stay open till at least 2 AM for late-night shift professionals.

Programme Expansion:
The launch is an extension of Swiggy’s DeskEats programme that offers meal options for the workplace, including One-Handed Grabbies, value combos, healthy snacks, desserts and Teamwork Bites. The company says DeskEats now has about 700,000 menu items from more than 200,000 restaurants.
Swiggy introduces DeskEats Late Night Eats to bring salads, coffee, tea, fries, pizzas and workstation-friendly meals in addition to quick bites, desserts and shareable options for overnight work shifts.

Swiggy said the demand for late-night food deliveries at office spaces is steadily increasing as one in every four corporate employees at the office locations covered order food after 10 PM while working. The company also saw double digit growth in late night office orders in cities like Bhubaneswar, Goa, Kochi, Lucknow, Visakhapatnam and Ahmedabad, indicating that demand is growing beyond major metros.
Commenting on the launch, Deepak Maloo, Vice President, Food Strategy, Customer Experience & New Initiatives at Swiggy, said, "Today, the workplace is evolving rapidly, with professionals increasingly operating across global schedules and extended working hours. We have observed that post-10 PM office orders have increased year-on-year, reflecting the growing role of food during late working hours."
