Snabbit Hits 1.15 Lakh Daily Jobs as Unit Economics Improve

Quick home services platform Snabbit has crossed 1.15 lakh fulfilled jobs a day, a 250-fold increase in daily orders in less than two years of launch, as the company continued to scale its operations while improving unit economics.

The company said its consolidated Net Order Value (NOV), net of customer discounts, crossed ₹130 in the first quarter of FY27. Burn per job declined over ₹100 quarter-on-quarter to under ₹250 in the same period, reflecting improved operating efficiency despite rapid growth.

In its core househelp category, Snabbit completed 4 million jobs in Q1 FY27 and also saw early traction in newer offerings such as Home Cooks and Salon at Home.

Rapid Expansion:

The latest milestone comes just months after the company passed 50,000 daily jobs and one million monthly jobs.  Since launch, Snabbit has gone from 400 jobs a day to over 115,000 jobs a day.

Commenting on the milestone, Aayush Agarwal, Founder and CEO, Snabbit said, “The company’s growth is indicative that the addressable market for quick home services is much bigger than people had thought.

“Two years ago, most people thought high-frequency home services could never be a scalable technology business. “Today, Snabbit has processed over 115,000 jobs in a single day in our core house help category,” said Agarwal.

He said there are several large residential communities creating over 500 jobs a day and mature micromarkets crossing 2,500 daily jobs.

Expansion Strategy:

Snabbit said that its growth has not been primarily driven by aggressive discounting. The company has consolidated NOV at ₹130 for both new and existing customers and expects the metric to improve by another 15-20% over the next few months as the business matures.

The platform is present in 10 cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad, Pune and Hyderabad) and in over 150 micromarkets.

The strategy has been to increase penetration in existing neighbourhoods rather than expand fast geographically, it said. This has helped improve service reliability, fulfilment speed, customer retention, expert utilisation and overall unit economics, it said.

And with a network of over 25,000 Experts, Snabbit now generates over 1.15 lakh income-generating opportunities every day. The company said women continue to dominate the home services and beauty categories, while the home-cook category offers opportunities for both men and women.

The platform will also have eShram registration for its Experts which will help to include the eligible workers in the government’s database for unorganised workers and can get the social security and welfare benefits.

Snabbit said it plans to continue investing in technology and operational efficiency as it grows its quick home services platform with the help of a recent $56 million Series D funding round.
