L'Oréal India Appoints Priya Rege Jaggi as Head of Content & Advocacy
L'Oréal India has named Priya Rege Jaggi as Head of Content & Advocacy.
L’Oréal India has further strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Priya Rege Jaggi as Head of Content & Advocacy as the company continues to build its brand storytelling and advocacy initiatives in the country.
“It’s a full circle moment, and I’ve had a longstanding connection with the company and its values,” said Jaggi of the move.
She remembers seeing students from underprivileged backgrounds pursuing careers in science when she was part of the selection round for L’Oréal’s Young Women in Science scholarship programme with her mother.
“I saw my mother go through the process of applying for the L'Oréal ‘Young Women in Science’ scholarship program as I was growing up,” said Jaggi.

Career Journey:
According to her, those early experiences shaped her perception of L'Oréal as a company committed not only to beauty but also to science, innovation and empowering women.
“I remember admiring what the company stood for, not just beauty but science, innovation and women’s ambition,” she said.
Jaggi added that the experience taught her the importance of organisations investing in people and creating opportunities for growth.
“I learned early on the impact a company can have when it chooses to invest in people and possibility,” she said.
For Jaggi, stepping into her new role at L’Oréal India felt particularly meaningful because of the values she had always connected with the brand, she said.

“Which makes this week’s appointment as Head of Content & Advocacy at L’Oréal India very special,” she said.
She described L’Oréal as a company that is at the intersection of science, creativity, culture and empowerment and said it understands the influence brands can have to drive positive change.
Glad that life has come full circle in this way. “Excited for all that’s to come,” she said.
Before joining L’Oréal India, Jaggi was Marketing Head (Associate Director) at McDonald’s India, where he was responsible for the marketing strategy, brand governance and portfolio performance of the entire restaurant chain’s operations.
