NIVEA India has welcomed Siddhartha Juneja as its new E-Commerce Director, effective from January 2, 2025. With over 15 years of experience in the FMCG and retail industries, Siddhartha brings a wealth of expertise in e-commerce and omnichannel growth strategies. His leadership background includes significant roles at Mondelez, Flipkart, and Kellogg's, where he successfully drove e-commerce sales growth, marketing, and strategy.

Before joining NIVEA, Siddhartha served as the Head of Omni Channel at Mondelez, where he was instrumental in scaling e-commerce and modern trade capabilities. His focus on data analytics, content, and activation played a key role in the company's commercial success and sustainable growth. At Flipkart, he contributed to the company’s success in the grocery segment, leading efforts around pricing, assortment, and performance marketing.

In his new role at NIVEA India, Siddhartha will focus on advancing the company’s digital capabilities, expanding its presence in the online skincare market, and fostering stronger consumer relationships.
