Nikhil Pavithran has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Kaizzen, a leading integrated PR and digital agency. As part of his expanded role, he will oversee operations in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) market, steering the company's strategic growth in the region.
Pavithran, previously the Group President of Kaizzen, shared the news of his elevation via a LinkedIn post. Having joined the company in 2018 as Vice President for the Mumbai area, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the agency’s presence and capabilities.
Before joining Kaizzen, Pavithran served as Vice President at Percept and held key roles at organizations such as Fluid Media and Eulogy, bringing a wealth of experience in public relations and digital communication to his new position.
