L’Oréal Paris has partnered with Sony LIV’s Shark Tank India to launch an exclusive app window for women entrepreneurs, giving early access to one of India’s top startup and investment platforms for budding founders.
Under the initiative, women-led businesses will get to apply for the next season of Shark Tank India before it is open to the general public.
As part of the programme, the selected entrepreneurs will get to showcase their business ideas, meet investors and mentors, and gain national visibility through the television show.

Empowering Women:
The collaboration is based on L’Oréal Paris’ global “I’m Worth It” philosophy and seeks to inspire more women to join India’s growing startup ecosystem by enhancing access to funding, mentorship and business opportunities.
As part of the collaboration, L’Oréal Paris and Shark Tank India have released a campaign film on Sony LIV, highlighting the self-doubt, societal expectations and barriers that many women face while pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams. The movie concludes with a call to women across the country to step forward and put forth their ideas.
“This initiative reflects L’Oréal Paris’ commitment to support women entrepreneurs by creating opportunities that help them build, grow and scale their businesses,” the company said.

Exclusive Applications:
The partnership is also in line with the larger vision of Shark Tank India to encourage entrepreneurship and widen the representation of startup founders. The platform is also looking to increase representation in India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by having a separate application route for ventures led by women.
The applications under the exclusive category of women entrepreneurs will continue to be received from July 2 to July 11, 2026. The normal selection process of Shark Tank India will be followed for the shortlisted applicants, who may eventually get a chance to pitch their businesses in front of the investors’ panel on the show.
