Gap has revealed its Fall 2026 campaign, 'Denim on your own', with musician Malcolm Todd and actress Inde Navarrette fronting the brand’s latest denim push that puts personal style and self-expression front and center.

Denim As A Form Of Self-Expression:

The campaign takes Todd and Navarrette thru a series of distinct spaces, each emphasising their individual rhythm, personality and style. The creative is built around the idea that they come from different creative worlds, but they both have a confidence in doing things their own way.

Gap brand has always lived at the intersection of music, style and culture and we continue to partner with artists who bring unique perspectives', said Mark Breitbard, president and CEO of Gap brand.

“We asked Todd to reinterpret ‘Dancing on My Own,’ not just cover it, which is part of the larger idea of making something personal,” said Fabiola Torres, chief marketing officer of the Gap brand. “There’s a similar approach to GapDenim,” she said, “where different fits and styles enable consumers to find expressions that are uniquely theirs.”

Emerging Talent At The Centre:

Todd is a multi-platinum selling artist whose latest album, Do That Again, was recently released on Columbia Records and has already charted in the top five of the Billboard charts. He also has a 38-date North American tour, which kicks off Sept. 2.

Navarrette is getting noticed after the success of OBSESSION, with Gap touting her as one of Hollywood’s emerging talents.

Directed by Tanu Muiño, the campaign features creative direction by Calvin Leung, fashion and image direction by Alastair McKimm and photography by Bjorn Loos.

Gap Builds On Denim Heritage:

The Fall 2026 denim collection is rooted in Gap’s denim heritage that began in 1969, and is focused on fit, versatility and personal style.

The collection includes new washes, utility-inspired colourways, updated silhouettes and modern interpretations of Gap's denim codes. Navarrette sports the Mid-Rise Straight Taper Jean, one of the main styles, while Todd sports the ’90s Loose Jean.

With “Denim on your own,” Gap continues its focus on emerging creative voices, using denim to bolster its broader positioning around originality and self-expression.
