The e-commerce site Flipkart has received a lot of backlash on social media. For selling a t-shirt with a photo of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput and a gloomy-themed quotation.
With a picture of the late actor, the T-shirt in statement reads, "Depression is like drowning." The hashtag #BoycottFlipkart is trending on Twitter as upset SSR fans expressed their outrage. Many people on Twitter demanded an apology from the online retail site, calling it a "smear campaign" against Rajput.
"It is not the correct way to develop your online stores first you remove this t-shirt from the sale. Don't play with other emotions #BoycottFlipkart" wrote a user.
